C2SAT holding AB evolved from the reconstruction of Magic House
AB, which was carried out at the end of 2000. The company's
previous business was divested to Magic House Försäljnings AB. The
company first adopted the name of ZIP Structure AB and later,
during 2005, C2SAT holding AB.
The activities of the company were altered to those of an
investment business, but the acquisition of C2SAT communications AB
in 2004 resulted in coming investments focusing on technologies
supporting the development of stabilised maritime VSAT antenna
systems. C2SAT's transition from an investment company to a
development company concentrating on antenna systems
started.
In 2006, testing of C2SAT's four-axis antenna platform was
successfully completed and production by the subsidiary C2SAT
production AB company in Söderhamn started. In 2008 C2SAT
presented additional antenna systems based on the first
standard model and during 2008 C2SAT also opened a Business Support
Office (BSO) in Shanghai.
A new subsidiary, C2SAT Asia Pacific (Pte.) Ltd, were registered in
2009 to cover the sales activities in the Asia Pacific region. The
grand opening of the C2SAT production unit at Fong´s
Advance Technology in Singapore were inagurated formally.in October
2010
